C.Byron from Vancouver, B.C., has suffered from Crohn’s disease for over 35 years and has undergone numerous bowel resection surgeries.  Because of this, she became dangerously magnesium deficient.  For the past seven years ,she has had to receive intravenous infusions of magnesium for up to three hours a day and up to five times a week.  Normal serum magnesium levels are between 0.7 and 1.2 mmol/l.   The day after her infusions, she would go for blood tests, and her serum magnesium typically would have dropped to 0.5 or less.  Her doctor tried to supplement her with every possible form of natural or prescription magnesium, but none of them would keep her levels normal.  About a year ago, Catherine started taking our nano particle liquid ionic magnesium twice daily, one tablespoon per dose.  Day after day, she noticed that her levels remained normal.  In fact, she has not needed the magnesium infusions for a year now.  Her doctor is now willing to remove the ‘portacath’ device used to facilitate the infusion process. 

Her latest lab report on of May 12/2008 from BC Biomedical laboratories reads a continuing normal of 0.78 mmol/l.  Remember, these normal levels were achieved with our “low elemental” dose ionic magnesium, in a patient with a highly compromised digestive system.

On August 4,2003 at 11 P.M after a dinner, I developed bad heart palpitations and had to be rushed to the hospital.

The medical staff tried various medications but to no avail.  The following day at 2:30 P.M., the nurse came in and informed me that if my heart did not stabilize by 3:30 P.M they would have to administer an electrical shock.

A month before this happened, Rose Stevens, who is my holistic health practitioner, had recommended I take her ionic magnesium supplement as a preventative for any abnormal heart rhythm. I bought some ionic magnesium from Rose, but put it on the shelf until I could do my own research.

At 2:30 P.M  I sent my friend Stan home to bring the ionic magnesium bottle to the hospital because I was scared of the electrical shock therapy and was willing to try anything to bring my heart back into rhythm. At 3:10  Stan poured me  4-5 ounces into a cup. I held each ounce under my tongue, swished
it around in my mouth, and swallowed as Rose had instructed me to do. She said it was very quickly absorbed through the sublingual mucus membranes in my mouth..  By 3:20 P.M the palpitations disappeared and my heart returned to normal rhythm.

I  have been diagnosed with a kidney disorder called Gitelman Syndrome. Some of the symptoms are fatigue, cramps, low energy, difficulties breathing, fast/slow heart rate due to low mineral levels; one of them is magnesium. Since I started using liquid ionic magnesium, I noticed an improvement in my
health.

Early this year I had to go to the ER twice, due to extremely low potassium and magnesium levels. I started taking a diuretic, along with potassium and magnesium supplement (I was already taking low dosage magnesium supplement for a month), but I decided to quit taking the diuretic because of the side
effects.

I used ionic magnesium for the first time when I was feeling extremely tired and I had difficulties breathing( that was just before I decided to stop taking the diuretic). I used my roommate's liquid ionic magnesium, and I soon felt a lot better. I started to regain my energy and my breathing normalized. I am taking the magnesium at least three times a day now (1 to 2 tablespoons each time), and I increase the amount when I don't feel well. I am still recovering, but I already have more energy and less breathing difficulties than when I wasn't taking this magnesium. I have had Crohns disease for over thirty years with many bowel resections . Consequently I've gotten magnesium deficiency and have had to do magnesium infusions for over 6 years. I recently tried taking one ounce of Ionic Magnesium a day and stopped the infusions for a week.  After taking Ionic magnesium for a week I had a blood test for my serum magnesium levels and it was just above normal 0.75 mmol/L normal is  (0.70 -1.20) mmol/L.  When I don't take any magnesium it goes down 0.05 mmol/L per day. Harold, first I want to thank you for your offer. I will take you up on it as I need to reorder in a day or two. Here is what you asked for. About a year ago I came home from work to find the ambulance in my driveway. My youngest boy came out and said that my wife had a stroke. All the symptoms were classic. The hanging face, arms unable to move, etc... By the time they took her out and left for the hospital it was really looking bad. I was scared. Several test were ran at the hospital and it was discovered that it was not a stroke. Her mineral levels were way down off the chart. No calcium, no mag. no potassium. It was soon discovered that her para-thyroids had died. This was caused by damage done when her thyroid was removed for cancer.. Well, she was hooked up on a I.V. to replace the minerals and it worked great. She was released and sent home, however, within days she was back in with the same thing. Without para-thyroids her body could not regulate these needed minerals and everything was shuting down. This went on for several weeks and after I had to drive her to the hospital once and watching the pain she was in I said "THATS ENOUGH"! They were able to keep her calcium levels up with tums. She takes 10 a day and it works fine. She still did not feel right tho. She was tired, could'nt move much, it was always an effort.
